Purchased with the same bonus. You should have received an email from best buys Geek Squad a couple of days ago. The email includes a link and an activation code to enter once you download the software

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the best thing you can do is contact Best Buy about that. This computer was bought in-store for me, so we received it in-store. There's a possibility they may have to send it separately, but I'd definitely contact your local Best Buy about it and just let them know.
