Accessing the RAM requires partial disassembly, including about a dozen small screws and removal of the keyboard. If you feel comfortable with that, there are videos on Youtube showing it done in less than 10 minutes. By the way, the same level of disassembly is required to access the hard drive. Can't speak to battery life.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Battery life is normal with normal use. lol Hard to explain. If you are gaming or other intensive processing applications, it wouldnt last too long. Normal use, web browsing and what not its good! At least at first. Have not had this machine that long.
