“Can the memory be upgraded to 16 GB? Many of the Inspiron and other competitors from this class can be upgraded to 16 GB of memory, and it is a factor is whether I settle on this model. Can this one be upgraded with two 8 GB sticks? Can it be done thru a panel on the bottom? The site says there are two memory slots, while a reviewer said there is only one... where would he get that idea, like is one slot empty, or one on top and one below the mobo?”
