A:AnswerNo, it is not possible to upgrade the RAM. Although the Best Buy specifications say that there are 2 memory slots, there are in reality only one. I confirmed this both by opening the laptop and by checking the specifications in the manual for this model number. I have emailed Best Buy as I am not happy - I bought this under the impression that I would be able to upgrade the RAM to 12- or 16GB.
A:AnswerYes it is, but my company just went to the E7450 and now this one feels like a boat anchor. Just can't stay ahead of the weight issue when it comes to technology. But yes, this one is-a- heck-of-a-lot lighter than my old one.
A:AnswerYes, kinda...I looked it up on youtube, its just a few screws on the bottom of the laptop, then the battery is visible and easily removable. If you haven't taken apart an electronic before, I wouldn't recommend doing it. Leave it to the professionals!
A:AnswerUnless you plan on lowering the resolution to the lowest possible settings, then not good at all. Just tried Mortal Kombat X on it at full resolution, ULTRA LAG. The video card just isn't meant for that type of gaming.
