- Answer From the reviews I have read. This is a common issue with this item but can be fixed by Dell if you take the time to deal with them.

- Answer Specs say a little over 3 lbs. it doesn't feel like it though. In comparison to a Surface Pro 4, this is about a pound heavier.

- Answer My guess, from replacing screens, is probably about $100-150 if you can do it (you can but replacement LCD panels online), or probably about $250 or more if you have someone else do it. For a $600 machine, if you break the screen, you may just want to make it a "portable" desktop and use the HDMI port instead. Or you can search eBay for ones that have bad motherboards, etc, that you could take the screen off of.

- Answer This comes with Windows 10. If you act quickly, you can still get copies of Windows 8.1 from computer stores. You' ll have to format the drive and re-install Windows 8.1, but it doesn't ship with Windows 8/8.1. Only has Windows 10 Home.

- Answer Since this has the intel HD 520 graphics (and from reading reviews online) GTA V will most likely not play (and if it does happen to load, it will probably crash at some point or the FPS will fall to a very slow rate). I would recommend a gaming laptop for GTA V as even my quad core Lenovo with a dedicated graphics card (Nvidia Quadro 2000M--which exceeds the minimum requirements for the game--struggles sometimes, especially when there's a lot of action going on). This laptop just doesn't have the graphics power to play anything released in about the last 4-5 years.

- Answer I have not had this problem. Sometimes it doesn't wake up from hibernation without pushing the power button, but then it turns on right away. Always starts right up with power button.

- Answer It should be able to, although Office 2007 support will be ending (or has ended) so it will probably work with Windows 10, but not any newer version of Windows. Just make sure you remove the pre-installed trial of Office that it ships with.
