• yes it does include 1 year dell warrenty ,, you first have dell dignose the issue with dell connect ,, then if cant be resolved you have to mail it to dell ,, dell pays the shipping cost,, just use the box that the laptop came in or your own box,, as long it a new laptop not the refurbished ones

• yes, BB is an authorized Dell retailer, but Dell may not cover software malcuncitons.. only hardware.
