- Answer Yes, it does have a back-lit keyboard. However, you cannot adjust the levels of brightness like on a mac book. It is either on or off.

- Answer Yes, you can install an SSD or an HDD. Just remove the back cover and you have entire access to the 128GB SSD.

- Answer Yes. But be careful. When it performs it's automatic "critical" updates out of the box the drivers for the wifi adaptor no longer work.

- Answer Hi John. I purchased my Dell Inspiron 13 from Best Buy in November 2014. There was no Windows 10 disk included. Windows 10 was already loaded on the machine. Hope this helps.

- Answer yes it does include 1 year dell warrenty ,, you first have dell dignose the issue with dell connect ,, then if cant be resolved you have to mail it to dell ,, dell pays the shipping cost,, just use the box that the laptop came in or your own box,, as long it a new laptop not the refurbished ones

- Answer If you are talking about a 2-in-1 as in laptop to tablet yes it can go both ways. The screen is not able to be removed from the keyboard like the Surface Pro but the screen is able to be folded over for tablet mode and pulled back up to laptop position. Also the nice thing about this laptop is when it's in tablet mode the keyboard is disabled until it is back to laptop mode, preventing it from registering keys being pushed while in tablet mode while on your lap or wherever you choose to set it down on.

- Answer Mine folds completely flat - there's only room to slide a piece of paper between the front and back when it's in tablet mode.

- Answer You need one of those HDMI to DVI cables or adapters. If adapters is your choice than Regular HDMI cable will do.

- Answer If using Windows 10, PDF's will open o Edge (the web browser). You can always install Acrobat. it does not come out of the box.

- Answer Mine did not, it was a open box special. Tried the universal charger from the store, the tips in the box don't work for this computer. Had to wait 15 days for the wrong tip to arrive. Finally got a new charger assembly on line
