If you are talking about a 2-in-1 as in laptop to tablet yes it can go both ways. The screen is not able to be removed from the keyboard like the Surface Pro but the screen is able to be folded over for tablet mode and pulled back up to laptop position. Also the nice thing about this laptop is when it's in tablet mode the keyboard is disabled until it is back to laptop mode, preventing it from registering keys being pushed while in tablet mode while on your lap or wherever you choose to set it down on.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have the ability to flip the keyboard and the option comes up to use the laptop as a tablet. Once enabled, you have the option of using the onscreen keyboard and the device is fully touch. Works great for presentations with the tablet option.
