QuestionCan we add 1 additional hard drive to this laptop in parallel with the already included 128gb ssd? Also before buying, is it possible to modify the specification as in instead of getting a 128gb SSD, add a 250gb SSD?

- Answer You can add an external SSD. Modifying the insides, would invalidate your warranty.

QuestionWhere can I buy a security lock for this computer?It does not have a Kensington security lock slot. Best Buy does not have a lock to fit it. I want to be able to protect tnis computer from theft. How can I do that?

- Answer According to the Service Manual posted at: http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-13-7347-laptop_Service%20Manual_en-us.pdf it takes one RAM module. In other words, RAM is not soldered to the motherboard. So, if you want to put in a 16GB module, you should be able to if it's the same type. Seems plenty fast with 8GB for me, though.

- Answer I have to say the battery life is the best I have had. I plug it in at night and unplug it in the morning when I take it to work. Grant it I don't use it a lot at work since it is my personal laptop, but I have had no problem with running out of battery all day. For instance, I used it this morning to stream music for an hour, then put it to sleep when I took it to work. Used it a couple times briefly and now have been browsing the net at dinner time an I have 1hr 45 min remaining according to the battery indicator. Oh, and this is at 100% screen brightness, so if you turn that down, you will gain more time for sure.
