A:AnswerComputer is compatible with 240v you will need to but an adapter travel plug to place over the plug that is provided. Not sure where you live but you can buy the travel plug at Amazon. Just Google Uganda plug to see what kind of adapter plug to buy. Less than 15 dollars
A:AnswerGood luck! Geek Squad is no help and Dell offers very little phone support. My wife got mine up and running using the Dell web site and a lot of patience...I wanted to literally throw it in the trash can! You should consider finding a local independent tech to look at it.
A:AnswerThe anti virus in my computer stalled by itself. You should have gotten an email confirming it. Check the email you registered in Microsoft to see if that email was sent to you that email.
A:AnswerThe weight mentioned by BestBuy is 3.22 lbs but if you click on the "From the Manufacturer" section, Dell claim the laptop is 4.39 lbs. A difference of more than a pound!! I checked this item in store and felt it to be heavier than other vendors who advertised a sub 3-lb laptop. Unless you take a scale with you, you will never really know. :) And only if you trust the manufacturer of the scale!
It's not just the weight. The dimensions of the product in the best buy description differs from the manufacturer.
