- Answer Yes, It can take up for 16gb and will cost you $100, but if you get this 12gb model is probably not going to be worth it unless you are running memory hogs like virtual machines.

- Answer Unless you're using this for some sort of editing that requires a ton of large files you wish to hang on to, 256GB should be enough.

- Answer My guess is, probably not. I mean it might run, I don't know. But I wouldn't expect the touchscreen or tablet features to work very well, if at all.

- Answer If you buy one from Crucial they have a 500GB drive for approximately $159.00. Please be aware that the HD is a M.2 2280 form factor.

- Answer Being a touchscreen, you can always use a capacitive stylus. This model is the mid-2016 design refresh with the new 7th gen (Kaby Lake) processor in it. There still seems to be some debate about whether the Dell Active Stylus is compatible or not, and I've never seen definitive proof. This laptop is not listed as a compatible option on the dell support website, but it might not have been updated yet. Personally, I'm still debating whether to fork out $50 on the active stylus just to see whether it is or isn't compatible. Sorry I can't be of more help!

- Answer Yes it does have face recognition for faster sign in process. I bought one today and it's already set up and makes sign in very quick.

- Answer It is upgradable to 16 gb of ram. So yes. You can add it yourself or download the ram onto your ssd
