My guess is, probably not. I mean it might run, I don't know. But I wouldn't expect the touchscreen or tablet features to work very well, if at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suppose you could, but because this is a touch-enabled device, I don't know why you would want to. If there are specific programs that you need to run and don't play nice with Windows 10, you can load them in compatibility mode.
