I can play World of Warships on 1080p with medium settings and 30-35 fps. I can play 768p on high settings with 32-37fps. It is obviously not a gaming laptop, but you can play some 2015 and 2016 AA/AAA games on medium or better settings at 768p and low or medium settings on 1080p.

Yes, you can upload and play games on it. Though it doesn't have a CD/DVD-Rom, so for those games, drivers should be either Internet-downloadable or come on a thumb drive.

Yes, but not for graphically intensive games. The screen is designed for best display at 1920 X 2080 (full HD). The built in i7 Intel 520HD graphics are OK for moderately intensive games. Check the games website for minimum requirements.
