I’m not an expert. But I was really torn over this laptop or a desktop and with things I do know and some really good help in store I bought this for that exact reason. At home set up as a desktop and can still take it to meetings. It’s a really great computer and powerful! Hope this helps!

Please try again later.I think this laptop would work well for your situation - just make sure it has the correct ports you need to connect to your monitors and whatever else you need to connect to! The model I purchased came with two USB ports but the newer models have only one USB port but also one of the new, smaller USB charging ports.

It's biggest fault is a short battery life, which wouldn't be an issue for you, but I think there are better options out there. If budget is an issue and the games you want to play aren't too intense, I think it could work.
