QuestionI purchased this laptop and connected it to an external monitor, however, it doesn't work properly. The browsers/apps don't work properly and some of the text/graphics are blurry. What monitor works best with this laptop? Thanks!

- Answer Wireless download speeds can be much slower than wired speeds, i.e, you'll have faster downloads if you plug an ethernet usb 3.0 adapter into your pc and modem rather than rely on wireless transmission.

- Answer Nope...called Dell and gave them my express service tag and serial numbers...told me i could add a second HD. So after buying a 2TB Seahate, opened the cover and to my surprise, it can’t take a second HD. Even the service manual says it does...I sa F*** all Dell products from now on.

- Answer I bought a USB Type-C to Ethernet adapter and it works great. I bought it at Best buy for $32. Just plug it in and your ready to go.

- Answer This same model on Dell's website come with Windows 10 Pro standard OS for same money. You would think Best Buy would order their models with Windows Pro as well. I'm buy on Dell website instead. Free shipping

- Answer no you cannot upgrade your graphics card, as new graphics card which are gtx requires more space and ventilation and as the laptop is compact thats really hard to do but it has a thunderbolt port, which helps you to connect external gpu
