- Answer Our daughter uses Photoshop and a few other software programs for her art and loves it. She suggests getting the more recent model if you prefer working with the upgraded Bamboo stylus for detailed drawing. The fine tip Bamboo stylus is not compatible with this model, but the newer laptop models are.

- Answer This model does not appear to have an Ethernet port, so you would need to use a USB to Ethernet adapter. It has 3 usb ports; two usb 3.0 and one usb 2.0.

QuestionI just purchased this laptop and it is extremely slow on the internet. It is testing much lower speed than all of my other devices connected. Could there be a setting or something preinstalled I am missing here that is causing it to be so slow?

- Answer You can always get a third party docking station that runs off a USB 3.0 cable. Nice thing about those is you aren't locked into one specific make/model of dock.
