Yes when I first booted this laptop there were issues maintining a connection so I went to device manger to update the wifi adapters drivers and told it to search the local hard drive for drivrrs and found more current drivers and used those. After that there were no issues, it was stable as a rock. Not sure why an older driver was loaded in first place which can cause issues for non technical people so thats not good. However I did NOT need to go to Dell website to retrieve any other drivers. Actually Dells website for drivers adds to the confusion because it list all drivers for the laptop wheither they are already installed or not so it gives the impression you need all these extra drivers when they might be already installed. One additional thing you might need to do is search for intel chipset drivers for the cpu installed and update to the latest intel chipset drivrrs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to go to the Dell Website on a different computer, enter in your service tag, and find the required wifi driver. Move that driver over to your new Dell laptop and update. Do a restart just for kicks. Should be good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you're having connections problems; for example the WIFI cuts on and off sometimes, check for Dell updates on your computer. The most recent update includes the driver that fixes most if not all of the Wifi issues. If you can't find the update on your computer you can go to the Dell Drivers webpage, enter your product ID number, and get the driver from there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.WiFi works out of the box. You just need to connect it to a wireless network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You really don't need to download anything as the function is already in the computer. All you need to do is point the cursor at the wi-fi icon at the bottom right of the screen, click on it, and it will show you all of the wi-fis in the area. Find the one you want and put in the password when it prompts and you should be able to connect to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will not need downloads for the Wi-Fi, you will just have to connect the tablet to your connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no downloads required ...just a wifi connection ...either open or private
