A:AnswerThe computer does not get very hot while running. You should always have it on a solid surface like a table or desk so that the cooling fan can circulate air. if you have the computer on your lap, or on your bed, the fan is not able to circulate air, the computer will then get hot and this can cause damage to the hardware.
A:AnswerYes when I first booted this laptop there were issues maintining a connection so I went to device manger to update the wifi adapters drivers and told it to search the local hard drive for drivrrs and found more current drivers and used those. After that there were no issues, it was stable as a rock. Not sure why an older driver was loaded in first place which can cause issues for non technical people so thats not good. However I did NOT need to go to Dell website to retrieve any other drivers. Actually Dells website for drivers adds to the confusion because it list all drivers for the laptop wheither they are already installed or not so it gives the impression you need all these extra drivers when they might be already installed. One additional thing you might need to do is search for intel chipset drivers for the cpu installed and update to the latest intel chipset drivrrs.
A:AnswerYes, of course. All laptop harddrives can be replaced with an ssd. If different sizes however you would need some software to clone and resize a partition to the new size.
A:AnswerThis question cannot be answered as every game has its own unique operating requirements. My son plays League of Legends and World of Warcraft and it works for both.
A:AnswerThe keyboard is exposed, but turned off in tablet mode. Also the keys are a little flatter than a standard laptop keyboard that help protect them.
A:AnswerIt doesn't have a secondary graphics card so most of the load will be on the cpu, so far though it seems like its pretty strong performance wise. You need an ssd in here though
