A:AnswerThis laptop comes with a power cable with a relatively long cable. Laptop can be plugged in and used while charging. It also does have a headphone jack. It does NOT have an Ethernet port so I needed to buy a docking station to plug in to my in-home network. Does not come with Microsoft Office, but can be purchased and activated.

Dell Support helped me with the swap. They also helped, via remote access, to install all of the patches.
I love Dell Support!
