Q: QuestionWhat is the sound quality like on this? I've noticed Dells and HPs have inferior sound quality, still quiet when all the way up, very tinny, etc. I watch many movies on my laptop without headphones.

Q: QuestionMy battery lasted about 1:40 while streaming video. The laptop is brand new and was in battery saver mode the entire time. Am I correct to assume I got a defective battery?

• A:Answer Not necessarily, this laptop's battery drains fast when watching videos or playing games. You can run a battery life report to see how your battery is performing, just open the command prompt as administrator, type: "powercfg /batteryreport" and see how your battery is doing. If the design capacity is greater than the full charge capacity don't panic, this is normal in every brand new laptop, it takes about 5 days to have the battery running at it's design capacity.

Q: QuestionJust got this. During initial setup it asked to update Windows so I did, and it said something on the laptop wasn't compatible with Windows so it couldn't update. Is that normal for a brand new laptop? Also it gets VERY hot in 10 minutes of just Facebook.

• A:Answer Try to run a windows update and see if you have any errors, if not that means everything should be fine. Regarding the overheating, I would say it's normal in the first days since the computer is doing updates and getting everything ready.
