- Answer No, not much software, other than Windows 10. (See the list below). I had to purchase an external DVD/CD drive to install my Microsoft Office software. Mine came with free Windows and McAffee a limited time trial offer, which I did not use. (I downloaded the free version of Avast). I believe if you use the OneDrive on your computer, you will have online access only to Microsoft Office. At the time of purchase, this is what my laptop included: CyberLink PowerDirector, HP Support Assistant, HP ePrint, Netflix, Snapfish, McAfee LiveSafe (30 days trial), CyberLink Power Media Player, TripAdvisor, Delicious Emily's Wonder Wedding Premium Edition (10 game sessions), Runefall (10 game sessions)

QuestionIs it possible to improve(change) HDD to SDD? I mean is there any technical issue?

- Answer You Can Add a second SSD very easy. There is a slot for it. Just Clone the C: drive to the SSd and it boots and load programs about 10 times faster. I installed a Samsung SSD very fast.

- Answer Yes I use a wireless USB mouse works fine. Just plug it in and it goes. I have not tried a ext keyboard.

QuestionI am retiring an ENVY M6 laptop - an AMD Elite Quad-Core A10-5745M with 12 GB Memory. If it too has what this laptop has (a 4GB and 8GB), then could I swap out a 4GB chip and replace it with the 8GB from my old laptop to have a full complement of 16GB?

- Answer Yes it has a 4 and and 8 so you could swap the 4 for an 8 and wind up with 16 total. At 16 it is maxed out.

- Answer You have to get Pro version of Windows 10 separately unless you order this directly from Dell. OOB is not going to be the professional edition.

- Answer I purchased this laptop to replace an old one. I use it mainly for my online classes and I have not had any problems. It is used everyday and I haven't had any problems.

QuestionOne usb seems like that would be an issue. If you have a wireless mouse, what is the work around for using another usb stick to get data into the pc? My current Dell has 3 and an HDMI.

- Answer I purchased a usb LG DVD writer from Best Buy and it works perfectly. I mainly needed it to install some of the programs I already had but you can play dvd movies also. I came with software but I have not installed that as yet.
