• Windows 10 is included in the price but only if you pay an annual fee of $70. We didn't want to pay the annual fee, so for an $80 one time fee, in addition to the total computer cost, it can be put on your computer one time. I didn't feel it was important to get the latest and greatest each year for that $70 annual fee. I'm thinking, $700 over ten years can practically buy you another computer!
