Hi John, I went to the store to see for myself, and, at least the display unit could. It had a removable plastic plate in the back where the stand connects to the unit. the salesman pulled it off for me and there were mounting screw holes for a monitor arm. I intend to buy this unit for that ability as well. Hope this helped.
