“When purchasing, it shows to include Windows 10, but my system does not detect a product key. There was nothing extra in the box except for the Quick Start Guide. Anyone else run into this?”

You have to call Microsoft to register the computer they will email you a link to download Windows. They will ask for the serial number of the computer, located on bottom of laptop

Model:I3475-A509BLK-PUSSKU:6334300 Yes I did. I plan to call best buy to get the info. I will post on here if I have any luck. In the meantime please share if you come across something.

Not sure how i did it but the product key is pre loaded. I had hard time figuring it out too. They should tell you.
