• A:Answer Yes, there is a webcam - it's built into the bezel - at the top middle of the screen frame. You have to press it down to pop it up. Took my son and me about 2 hours of troubleshooting to sort it out. Horrible manual on Dell's website - I finally downloaded a technical service manual which told me how to remove and reinstall the hardware, which led to the actual location of the pop up camera. Bah. :)
