• It came with Outlook already loaded. I had to buy a version of Microsoft Office (I purchased Office 2024); alternatively, you can use Microsoft 365, but you then have to pay an expensive annual fee.

• No, it does not come with the office suite, you would ha e to purchase that separately. Another option is to use Microsoft 365 which is a subscription, with a 30-day free trial.
