1. It has a speaker that is built into the monitor. The speaker has pretty good audio on its own if you are sitting at the computer, but if you plan on being across the room you may consider getting a soundbar. (It's also worth noting that this PC does not have an optical drive, so if you are looking for extra speakers for sound make sure they can connect without the use of optical in/out.) I watch movies on this PC from time to time and the sound quality is fine. You can control the volume through the computer no problem. 2. I have not attempted connecting to my tv, but it does support the feature. There is an HDMI out port on the PC for that. 3. I don't work for Best Buy, but they will deliver it to you. I personally drove to the store and did curbside pickup for mine.
