Yes, the S mode int he operating system could be disabled.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That was the first thing I searched and did after installing or opening this new laptop. Short answer is Yes! Long answer: Yes! The system will let you choose to update your Windows to the latest Win 11 (S mode). Although this process is reversible (if you wish to come back to Win 10), be sure to learn about the time lime (if I am not wrong it's 10 days). ps: You can exit the S mode in no time, which will let you install all your favorite software (that is not restricted by the Microsoft store).
