I suggest U call the Geek Squad or appear in person at one of the Best Buy stores. A:AnswerWindows 10 does not come with movie viewing software. A good free program to get is VLC media player. Not sure about Blu-ray DVDs other than the the unit in the computer must be capable of playing them. The spec sheet for the computer would tell you that but I think you would have to upgrade it.
A:AnswerI used EaseUS todo PCtrans to transfer my programs that I did not have all the registration info, or cds to reload. It will transfer them via image file or over network . You can use it for free if you are only transferring one program.
A:AnswerYes u can install windows 7, but and there is a but , is hard to find a new copy of 7 because a lot of place do not have a copy of 7 due to Microsoft wanting people to have only 10. plus with 7 no more updates just security updates for a while so in a year or two its not working keeping something that has no upgrades for anything...
