“I tried to download zoom. I couldn't do so while Microsoft is in the S mode. I asked other if they had this problem with Microsoft 10. They didn't. What can I do?”

• S-Mode prevents installing anything other than what you can get in the MS Store. Take it out of S-Mode and you can install anything.
