Here is Dell's Warranty and Policy page: http://dell.to/qDv6c1 This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Dell-branded hardware products, including Dell-branded peripheral products. Keep scrolling down the page and you will see more information about the remote diagnosis procedure and other terms as well. After purchase, you first will need to register your system with Dell by filling out the form here: http://dell.to/oGXJDO Dell does offer warranty extensions (up to 4 years) for systems like this purchased at Best Buy or other retailers. - Answer Hello, Yes, Best Buy does offer versions of the Inspiron 2305 without the touchscreen option. Unfortunately we can not take the touchscreen out of this particular unit. Here is another similar model on Best Buy's site that does not have the touchscreen option: IO2305-997MSL You can always go to Dell.com and customize your Inspiron 2305 to your liking if these options are not acceptable to you. QuestionWhich of two Dell All-in- one computers would be the better and Why?We are looking at purchasing a new Dell Computer, have been looking at two different ones of the All-in--one Dell Inspiron with the 11X4 Processor 6 GB and the 8GB. Both have 1 TB Hard. Which would you recommend for long lasting, durability and less repairs? SKU # 2602476 or the SKU #2901969? This would be for home use. Neither one of these have any customer reviews. Thank you for a speedy response.

- Answer Hello, I would go with the SKU #2901969, it has more memory and if you are looking for this to last a good while, it is better to go with more memory as some things will take up more RAM/Memory than others in the future. This one also has a Blue-ray player, better graphics card, and better wireless card. This system would better prepare you for future needs.
