- Answer I purchased a much higher end Dell Inspiron gaming system, and didn't come with HDMI, so probably not,. if you going to use HDMI cable, it would be ok to use your old one, as long as it doesn't have existing problem, other than that, yes you can and again probably does not come with HDMI

- Answer The RX 560 Is not made for that kinda gpu power. VR ready really needs an i5 and 1070 or better to run efficient. The a10 CPU in this Dell is a great quad core CPU but made for multimedia tasks not intense processes like games.
