No. Sims 4 requires at least Core i5 and a discrete video card. This computer has Core i3 and integrated video card. The easiest solution is to go with higher end computer. Also note that there have been occasional issues reported with running Sims 4 on Windows 10. I would ask maybe the parents of your daugther’s friends who play this game if they have had problems with Windows 10. Sims 4 was originally issued for Windows XP and supported up to Windows 7. Frustration is looming! There are newer Sims games that will run on Windows 10.
