Technically, yes. Do I recommend it? No. This computer has integrated graphics, and for animating or game design you will want a dedicated graphics card. Fortunately, you are in luck. This computer has 2 PCi-E x1 slots and 1 PCI-E x16, meaning this computer has a lot of maneuverability as far as graphics go. If you try something a little tough on a computer (like animating programs or even some basic game design program like UNITY), your computer will choke and pause a lot, especially with 3D situations. Get a graphics card for those in particular. Luckily, this computer handles basic programs like Adobe Photoshop or Song Vegas well. Get a nvidia gtx graphics card or some other compatible card if game design or animation is what you want.
