“Hi I’m looking for a computer to use for mostly basic things but I currently have issues streaming games on my Xbox directly form my Xbox. I’m hoping that if I buy a pc I can stream through the pc and just use the Xbox for gaming. Will this computer work?”

I don’t know much about gaming on one platform and converting it to stream on another but it’s possible. You will need some adapters and maybe an Elgato recording card. But I’m sure it’s possible.
