No, there are not power connections available from the power supply to allow additional hard drives to be installed.

Yes, I added my old laptop SATA drive, but there is no open-ended Molex (power source) cable within the case. There is Dell formfitting Molex connection on the motherboard, but I instead chose to install a Y shape Molex cable (4 wires: yellow, black, red, black) to tap into the master hard drive power cable and connected the other end of the Y cable to my slave drive. It works perfectly. Saved me the trouble trying to fit a Dell's Molex cable.
