QuestionWhat do reviewers say this computer does not have it's own graphics card? I thought all computers had to have a graphics card.

- Answer Most computers now come with everything on the motherboard, which means the video and sound cards are integrated on to the mother board. Some also don't have extra PCI ports to add aftermarket boards, limiting their expansion.

- Answer It comes with two 4GB RAM chips. You can upgrade to 12GB by buying one 8GB RAM chip, and upgrade to 16GB (the maximum) by buying two 8GB RAM chips. Each 8GB RAM chip costs about $44, and they are easy to install.

- Answer after i received mine i discovered that unfortunately the power is not included. i had to call my local power company to turn on the electricity in my house and then pay a monthly power bill in order to use this computer.

- Answer Depends what you are trying to do with it. 8gb should be enough to get anyone through what they are doing. Maybe purchase a ssd and add that in there to help calm some of those worries. As far as wireless, cable is the way to go for most home computers

- Answer yes. the hard drive cage has room for two drives. one is taken up by the stock hard drive. i threw in a 250gb ssd and use the stock 1tb drive for storage.

Questionis this computer new or used or refurbished or open box?is this a brand new computer or used, because when you try to reset it, it says windows 10 is upgrade of windows 7, and reset will take it back to windows 7, thats suspicious for new computer to have such things

- Answer No, out of the box this and most other general purpose PC's use an integrated graphics chip. Integrated graphics are not powerful enough to play anything but the lowest quality games. That said, you could buy and install a dedicated graphics card in this PC, but It'll cost you anywhere between $100-$300 depending on the quality level you're looking for. You're probably better off looking for a computer that is specifically marketed as a gaming PC.
