• after i received mine i discovered that unfortunately the power is not included. i had to call my local power company to turn on the electricity in my house and then pay a monthly power bill in order to use this computer.

• Define Power... if you simply mean a psu or ac cord to get the thing going, well of course they wouldn't sell it without that.
