A:AnswerThey are compatible but I will suggest getting a intel CPU with less cores and higher clock speeds. Old games are based on one or two CPU threads so this ryzen CPU with 8 cores and 3.2 GHz will preform worse than say 6 core cpu with 4.2 GHz.
A:AnswerIts the 2700. Not sure what you mean by fully pre-built but it's pretty upgradable except for ram. You only have 2 slots which are taken up by 2 8gb sticks and you would have to replace both with 16gb sticks to upgrade. Other than that everything is standard so pretty easy to upgrade and its pre built in the sense that's its ready to go. I replaced the hard drive with a 1tb ssd and its really fast except for editing 4k video but that can be solved by upgrading the 4gb rx 580
A:Answerit does not have speakers but it does have a soundcard. The monitor I bought to go with it had internal speakers. It also has a headphone jack and usb ports on the front for a headset. If you buy the right kind it will support 7.1 surround through the headset.
