- Answer Q: Was this refurbished by your store or by Dell? or by? ans: The laptop was refurbished by Best Buy, as far as the Best Buy Statement of Sell specified The Laptop was initiated and primed at Best Buy by a Geek Team Associate, it there when I noticed the charging not working, Then the Geek Team associate verified it by a series of tests It means the lap top was delivered faulty!
