Q: Was this refurbished by your store or by Dell? or by? ans: The laptop was refurbished by Best Buy, as far as the Best Buy Statement of Sell specified The Laptop was initiated and primed at Best Buy by a Geek Team Associate, it there when I noticed the charging not working, Then the Geek Team associate verified it by a series of tests It means the lap top was delivered faulty!

It was refurbished by Best Buy The Laptop's make is Dell, the quality of the product wasn't it would never pass the Dell Quality Assurance Inspection
