Please try again later.My son advised me to Invest in a cooling board (which can be purchased on Amazon) Your laptop will no longer sit directly on a flat surface, but will sit on top of the cooling board, which will lift up the laptop and at the same time will cool it off, so the laptop will not get hot, but remain cool to the touch. One of the best choices I've made since purchasing my laptop.
