Yes it does have a webcam, though I haven't used it. It is located on the bottom of the screen to the left of the DELL symbol, not on the top of the screen. Some commenters complained that due to this design, when you type during a video call, the person you are chatting with will see your fingers. From what I read on the Dell Forums before purchasing this computer, I believe that this setup is designed so the bevel around the perimeter of the screen could be as small as possible.
