• No built in optical drive. None of the ultra slim laptops have one. Get an external drive, I bought the Pioneer Blu-Ray. It's tiny and the magnesium case matches the Surface Book. :-)

• No it does not have a DVD drive. But you can purchase a USB DVD drive and use that. I've have no problems running various games on it. No it is not bluky.
