“Hello, Nowhere does it state what operating system comes with the unit. I want to load my own/purchased Windows 7/64 home version UNLESS it already comes with it. If the unit is not compatible with Windows 7/64 please let me know.”

• The 'REFURBISHED-DELL/N/A/CORE I3-2120 3.3GHZ' desktop that I purchased came with Windows 10 Pro already installed but not activated. Activation was accomplished once the computer was turned on for the first time and followed by Windows prompts for the initial startup of the computer.
