Q: Is this factory refurbished? If not, refurbished by whom, and what conditions?
A: Refurbished by Joy Systems. My computer came with a letter from them that says they're a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher.
A: I have had this unit for about 9 months, I have it connected with a WiFi adapter. I have had absolutely no problems with it, not one.
Q: Does this support a wireless printer and wireless mouse?
A: it does, I've had one for six months use Wireless Mouse and keyboard.
A: The 'REFURBISHED-DELL/N/A/CORE I3-2120 3.3GHZ' desktop that I purchased came with Windows 10 Pro already installed but not activated. Activation was accomplished once the computer was turned on for the first time and followed by Windows prompts for the initial startup of the computer.
