Sad to hear that. I have 2 of them and they are beautiful You should have returned it the day you opened it. If your monitor shows signs of abuse or damage they do not have to take it back. You may want to simply contact Dell. Their customer service is the stuff of legend. At least in my experience Did you purchase them while the holiday return period was in effect?
