URL: Dell - S2721DGF 27" Gaming IPS QHD FreeSync and G-SYNC compatible monitor with HDR (DisplayPort, HDMI) - Accent Grey Item Total:$481.48 Product Price:$449.99 Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges:$31.49 No where does it state anywhere on the Box or Websites that this monitor is not capable to run HDR on Xbox. Go right here to Dell Support - URL: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000187148/dell-gaming-monitors-support-for-gaming-consoles#... S2721DGF, S2722DGM, S3222DGM, AW2721D, AW3423DW, AW3821DW *1 - The PlayStation does not support the 2560 x 1440 resolution. *2 - The monitors do not support the 3840 x 2160 resolution. *3 - You must select Performance Mode in PlayStation 5 Game Presets. See Frequently Asked Questions for more details. *4 - Only the AW2721D, AW3423DW, and AW3821DW supports VRR on the PS5. Note: The S2721DGF monitor supports HDR but Xbox, and PlayStation only support HDR content in 4K resolution. Hence the S2721DGF does not support 4K, only SDR mode can be used with gaming consoles. NICE SO I SPENT $449 at Best Buy, cant return this monitor and im stuck with SDR when i was specifically told this would max out all my settings. I even bought 8k fiber HDMI cables and still doesnt work. But with my ACER Nitro, same HDMI cables, HDR WORKS PERFECT. This is so misleading. STAY AWAY.

- Answer You just need two cables, the power cable to power the monitor and a HDMI/DisplayPort cable to connect the monitor to the system.

- Answer After your in store warranty has passed (14 days) you can go through Dell. However I always recommend purchasing a plan with Best Buy, It'll be faster service. Also check with your renters or home owners insurance. A lot of times they'll have options to protect your electronics for real cheap.

QuestionI know this monitor has G sync but the "setup GSync" option doesn't show up in Nvidia Control Panel with this monitor connected. I've tried setting V-sync to be on in the Nvidia control panel 3d settings but the Gsync option still doesn't show up.

- Answer Make sure you have the AMD freesync option turned on. Would also recommend using the displayport connection instead of HDMI. I had the issue you are describing once when I was using HDMI briefly.

- Answer Check the cable your using and graphic card drives. If you're using Nvidia, open the Nvidia Control Panel to set the refresh rate there instead of windows.

QuestionSo I just returned the Dell S3220DGF because on dark sections of games and videos, it had some pixalated/blocky textures that were just an eyesore. Has anyone had any problems with that on this monitor so far? So far the specs seem hand with the two.

- Answer I have not had this issue. Monitor has handled blacks excellently i my experience in gaming, though I haven't watched many videos.
