Have you tried adjusting the settings on the monitor itself? I've noticed some come out if the box at 60hz and others at 165hz
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are running the monitor in extended mode please check if your system and dock supports 2k resolution at 165 Hz on both monitors. In extended mode it becomes 2560 x 1440 + 2560 x 1440 so graphics card output and dock output should be able to support the added resolution of both the monitors at 165 Hz.
