monitor shows 60Hz how do i switch to 165 HZ null

Desktop > Display settings > advanced display settings > choose display > display adapter properties > monitor tab > choose refresh rate (You may be limited by your GPU or HDMI/DP Cable type.)

This monitor supports 48 Hz to 144 Hz (HDMI) and 48 Hz to 164 Hz (DP) in Free-sync Mode, 165 Hz in fixed frequency mode. To get that refresh rate on the monitor, you would have to connect the monitor via a display port.
